Meet Jasmin
Co-founder, Coach, Facilitator, Visual Notetaker.
Prior to Cusp, I spent nearly a decade in fast-growing and dynamic software companies. The foundation of my passion for people began in my relationship-focused roles in the early days at Box, further honed as a team manager at a mission-driven, fast-paced startup. I grew deeply invested in my direct team’s and clients’ goals.
Eventually, I became a coach and facilitator to focus on what I love most – people. After I met Nevin, it became clear we could maximize our impact and meet a need we saw in organizations across industries by bringing together our passion, experience, and skillsets.
I’m certified by the Coaches Training Institute and Integrative Enneagram Solutions, trained by Internal Family Systems, and bring a trauma-informed lens to my coaching. I’m also trained in graphic facilitation by Grove Consultants, and add expert visual note-taking to all our team workshops.
Prior to my career as a coach and facilitator, I spent a decade building, scaling, and leading engineering teams at Apple, Nest, and Google. It was some of the most rewarding work I have done, and also some of the most instructive. I learned the hard and soft skills it takes to build deep trust within a team, as well as the high cost when either is not prioritized. People being together, better, became my core passion.
I ultimately founded Cusp with my partner to apply our shared passion for unlocking and unblocking teams at the cusp of greatness, helping them do their best work and reach their goals.
