Introducing Cusp’s research-based workshop series on tactical resilience skills
Research shows that resilience – the ability to adapt well and recover quickly from stress – is one of the most important qualities for leaders to develop, particularly in these challenging times.
The good news is that this quality can be developed through the practice of tactical skills!
Our goal at Cusp is to create resilient leaders that are more confident, more decisive when the stakes are high, and calmer in the face of day-to-day challenges. This is why we developed the Resilience Skills program.
