Giving & Receiving Feedback

The dual art of giving and receiving feedback may be one of the most critical skills for anyone to master if they want to cultivate successful relationships in any capacity, work or otherwise.

This workshop is divided into two portions — the first half on giving feedback, and the second on receiving. After digging into the latest research in feedback, in each section, participants will learn the simple (yet powerful) components of feedback, and get tactical practice that will grow their skills in this important area.

Emotional Intelligence Skills

Research shows Emotional Intelligence is a key leadership skill for the modern world. 

This workshop is for teams who want to up-level their ability to navigate complex emotions in themselves and others they work with, thus growing their ability to navigate complex working relationships and environments. After digging into the latest neuroscience, participants will learn the five elements of emotional intelligence, and be guided in exercises and games to grow their abilities in these five areas, and walk away with custom next steps on how they might apply these new skills to improve their working relationships.

Authentic Communication Skills

Effective and authentic communication in the workplace is the foundation of positive and cooperative working relationships, as thus a key building block for high-performing teams.

The training is a dynamic, interactive event, specifically geared toward improving communication and mitigating conflicts more efficiently.

Participants are guided through exercises and games that are specifically structured to facilitate authentic communication and connection, and teach the powerful skills of active listening, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and deep empathy. This workshop also tends to evoke quite a bit of laughter, and participants walk away with greater trust and a sense of connection. This is a great team-building workshop.
